The current CANwizard^_® version (2.00.18) automatically selects device bitmaps, using the content of the object 0x1008. The program selects the bitmap file name, starting with the visible string, found at object 0x1008. As an example, the program would select the file "bp308.bmp" based on the object content 0x1008 = "bp308 Lift Controller".

The communication issue regarding the PEAK-CAN-adapter running the program version 2.0 is fixed by the release 2.00.04. Additionally the new update includes recording of Emergency Objects by the event monitor. 

Users of the demo-, service or developer version can get the upgrade to version 2.0 for free. Users of the professional version have to buy the update at our sales department. The professional upgrade will be delivered on a data medium.

To improve the installation process and the usability of the CANwizard® for Windows7 the version 1.06.20 contains improvements on the installation process and the application's user interface. A new dialog view supporting the bp308 (our new lift controller) is included too. The Active-X interface got some minor updates and the eds-library some updated eds-files.

The user feedback of the Interlift 2009 leave its marks on this update, available per download and online update.

On time to the Interlift 2009 we released the CANwizad verion 1.6.17. Please make an online update to set up this version.

This new version support the set up of the new lift controller system bp308 for the first time.

We also implemented a new flag for the SDO-read/write-access in the ActiveX-container.

The current CANwizard® update provides, among other improvements, a visual way to set output terminals on the CAP-01 and CIO-01 components.

Now, the new version provides an internet update assistant, making it easy to get the next release. More information about new features and changes can be found at the Documentation.

At the weekend, the CANwizard website got a new look and feel.

Based on the free content management system 'Drupal' it is now possible to support the content multilingual in a verry easy way.

The software CANwizard is a configuration tool for CANopen net works. It contains special features for the applikation profil CiA-417 (Lift control).
